  • LoopByte's Standard managed support package includes: operating system updates and security patches, managed host-based firewall & access control, 2 hours of system engineering, and our 24/7/365 45 minute average support response guarantee.
     
  • LoopByte's Pro-Active managed support package includes: operating system updates and security patches, managed host-based firewall & access control, proactive enterprise-class system monitoring, 10 hours of system engineering, and our 24/7/365 45 minute average support response guarantee.
     
  • Priority Support is an addon wihch can be equipped with Standard or Pro-Active managed support. Priority addon insures that you will always be on top of our support queue, having highest priority over other queries. The average response time for our priority customres will be average 20 minutes guaranteed.

*Extra managed support Admin hours would be charged @ Rs. 1000/- per hour + STAX
